Innovative I-Beam Construction and Deck Tilt Design
Enables dock leveler to tilt up to 4″ (102 mm) on either side when under load, allowing full width contact between the lip and truck bed. A minimum of six high tensile steel I-beam deck supports in all models keep structural integrity intact during rigorous usage. This unique design, prevents damage to forks, tires, steering system and load, thereby prolonging the working life of the dock leveler and improving cost of ownership.
- Minimum of six I-beams provide solid under-deck support, larger and higher-capacity units are fortified by eight I-beams
- Floating rear hinge design lets the dock leveler accommodate heavier loads without experiencing deck fatigue
- Rugged hydraulic deck and lip cylinders increase operating efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements. (Two lift cylinders for 60-80,000 lb. capacities.)
- Full range toe guards are heavy gauge steel plate and come standard in ANSI-approved safety yellow
- Standard accessories include laminated bumpers and mechanical night locks and stops
- Comes complete with 1HP, totally enclosed non-ventilated power pack system.
