This high performance door is especially effective separating clean from ambient spaces in a positive or negative air pressure environment — such as between a loading dock and a food processing area, or between food processing or packaging lines and surrounding areas. The door opens automatically at 48″ (1.2 m) per second. It can accommodate small to large openings. Combined with high efficiency sealing,
the Rapidor® Food door is designed for full washdown applications employing a fiberglass composite hood designed for easy access to wash particulates from the curtain and motor.
Automatic Reinsertion
Each door is equipped with soft-bottom-edge technology. Should accidental impact occur, knocking
the curtain out of its track, it reinserts itself into the guides without tools and/or human intervention.

Ideal for Frequent Washdown Applications
With full composite-style guides and roll cover, the Rapidor Food door is easy to sanitize. The door, cover and frame can withstand frequent washdowns with water, detergents, steam, or other types of cleaning solutions. The roll cover opening from below promotes easy spray cleaning and removal of contaminants.
Air Tight Seal Reduces Airborn Contaminants
The curtain seals on differential pressure making it suitable for temperature controlled environments.
Safety
The curtain is free of any rigid components (which can be damaging and cause injury) ensuring the safety of workers and equipment. This power-operated door complies with standard EN 13241-1.
