This dock safety system is available in rated capacities of 30,000 to 80,000 lb. (13,636 to 36,364 kgs.)
This system features:
- Heavy-duty hydraulic dock leveler with steel I-Beams welded
- Door and dock guard to protect overhead doors from impact damage and prevents warehouse traffic from rolling off the dock’s edge.
Dock & Dock Guard
- The heavy-duty guard is designed to prevent forklift roll-off and overhead door damage
- Can withstand 10,000 lbs. (4,545 kg) rolling load at 4 mph
- The raised safety guard protects forklifts and personnel from the dangers of the drop zone when the overhead door is open and no trucks are present
- Acts as a pallet stop to guard door panels and tracks from regular impact when the overhead door is closed
Dock Leveler
- Heavy-duty I-beam construction
- 4″ (102 mm) maintained deck tilt reduces load stresses and possible forklift damage
- Full operationg toe guards, safety maintenance strut, and laminated bumpers provide extra safety to personnel and dock
